A tree through your roof is not a 'wait until Monday' problem. Water gets in. Insurance clocks start. We run a 24/7 emergency line because Nebraska weather doesn't keep business hours. If you have an active emergency right now, stop reading and call us.
What we do
- Trees fallen on homes, garages, sheds, and vehicles
- Trees blocking driveways or roadways
- Hanging widow-makers threatening to fall
- Power line entanglement (we coordinate directly with OPPD)
- Insurance documentation — photos, written cause-of-failure, itemized invoice
- Tarping and temporary roof protection on the same visit
How it works
Call the line
A human answers, 24/7. We confirm address, ask what fell where, and dispatch the closest crew.
Arrival & secure
Crew arrives, typically within 60-90 minutes inside the Omaha metro. First job is making the area safe — caution tape, dropped-load zones, power coordination.
Remove & document
We cut, lift, and haul. While we work, we photograph everything for your insurance claim. You get a written report the next day.
Roof tarping
If your roof is open, we tarp it before we leave. Keeping water out is half the battle on a storm claim.
When to call us
- A tree has fallen on a structure or vehicle
- A tree or large limb is blocking your driveway or street
- A limb is hanging in the canopy and could fall
- A tree is leaning hard and could come down in the next storm
- Power lines are wrapped in branches (do not approach — call us first)
- Your insurance adjuster told you the tree needs to come down immediately
Frequently asked
Are you really 24/7?
Yes. A human answers our after-hours line every night and every weekend. If a tree is on your house at 3am, you'll talk to a person and a crew will be dispatched.
Do you work with insurance?
Constantly. We provide itemized invoices, written cause-of-failure reports, and timestamped photos. Most adjusters in Omaha have seen our paperwork before.
How much does an emergency call cost?
Standard daytime hazard removal is priced like any tree removal. Overnight, holiday, and same-hour callouts carry a $250-$500 emergency dispatch fee on top of the removal price. We tell you upfront before we roll the truck.
What if the tree is on a power line?
Do not touch it. Do not let pets near it. Call us first and we coordinate with OPPD. Going under an energized line is a fatality risk and we will not let your insurance company push us to do it.
