Building a new garage, prepping a lot for a spec home, or finally clearing out the back 40 of an inherited property? We bring the chainsaws, the chipper, and the forwarder to clear residential or commercial lots in the Omaha metro. Quotes are project-based — call us with the size and access, and we'll put a number on it.
What we do
- Selective clearing — keep the trees you want, remove the rest
- Full clearing for new construction
- Brush and undergrowth removal on overgrown lots
- Fence-line clearing for surveys and property installations
- Right-of-way clearing for utilities and easements
- Optional stump grinding or full root extraction included
How it works
Site walk
We walk the lot with you, mark what stays and what goes, and discuss access for equipment.
Project quote
Flat written quote scoped to your timeline. Most lots, we can clear in 1-5 days depending on size.
Clearing
Multi-crew operation when needed. Brush gets chipped, logs get stacked or hauled, and the lot gets graded if requested.
Site cleanup
You walk it with us before we leave. We don't roll off the lot until you're happy with it.
When to call us
- You bought a buildable lot and need it cleared for permits
- You're prepping for a new garage, shop, or outbuilding
- An overgrown back lot has been sitting for years and you want it usable
- Your fence-line is overrun with scrub and trees
- You inherited a property that needs serious cleanup
- A developer needs multiple lots cleared on a deadline
Frequently asked
How much does lot clearing cost?
Wildly variable — anywhere from $1,500 to $25,000+ depending on lot size, tree density, access, and disposal. We give flat project quotes after walking the lot, not per-acre estimates.
How long does it take?
A residential quarter-acre lot is usually 1-2 days. An acre with mature trees might be 3-5 days. We can run two crews simultaneously to speed it up on commercial timelines.
Do you haul off the wood?
Yes — included in the project quote. If you want to keep some of the logs (firewood, milling), tell us before we start and we'll stack them where you want.
Do you handle the permits?
We help. The city of Omaha and Sarpy County permits depend on what you're clearing and where. We can pull the permits as part of the project or coach you through doing it yourself.
