Does insurance cover storm damage cleanup?
Usually yes — if the tree damaged a covered structure (house, garage, fence, car). If it just fell in the yard with no structure damage, most policies do not cover removal. We can tell you which side of the line your situation falls on before any work starts.
How fast can you get out after a storm?
Hazards (trees on structures, blocked driveways): same day. Cleanup-only: usually 3-7 days after a major event because we triage hazards first. We're upfront with you about the timeline when you book.
Do you give bundle discounts to neighborhoods?
Yes. If multiple neighbors on a block want cleanup, we'll combine the work and discount accordingly. Talk to your neighbors and have one person call us with the addresses.
What if a tree fell across the property line?
We work with both homeowners and split the work fairly. We've handled hundreds of these — there's a standard playbook and it's not as complicated as people fear.
